| PROTECTING EXTERIOR DOOR HARDWARE |
| To protect finishes on exterior door hardware, it is recommended that you protect the lacquer. To do this, use regular car wax or olive oil; rub the wax or oil on the hardware about every 3 to 4 months (more often in extreme heat). The idea is keep the lacquer supple so that it will not crack and expose the finish to the elements. |
