Shipping Policy
When you purchase something on LumberHardware.com, we want you to be completely satisfied. If you find that you must return an item, we do our best to make it easy. Please read our Return Policy in it's entirety to learn more.

Shipping Overview
Orders are received and processed daily, Monday through Friday, at LumberHardware.com. It generally takes 3 business days to fill each order unless an item is back-ordered or needs to be placed directly with a manufacturer. (Back-ordered means we've sold out our stock, but have ordered more.) We cannot guarantee 3 business day shipping all the time, especially since most back-ordered or special order items take 1 to 2 weeks minimum.

We will notify you whenever possible (if possible) via e-mail of items that have been back-ordered. If you wish to cancel a back-ordered item, it will be your responsibility to notify us of your decision.

LumberHardware.com will notify you by e-mail when you order has been shipped. All orders are shipped when complete. If one of the items you order is on back-order, we will hold all items until the back-ordered item is received. We will ship items separately if you request us to do so, but there will be an additional shipping cost associated with the separation of an order.  The most likely exception to this will be shipping orders from multiple warehouses in which case the order will be split.

International Shipping

We do not ship directly to anywhere outside the United States.  If you are wanting to purchase our products from outside the U.S.A, it is suggested you use a 3rd party handling company like MyUS.com
