Do all items have to be special ordered? How long will it take to get my special order items? |

Many items that you find at Allen & Allen must be special ordered. This ensures that you get exactly what you are looking for in exactly the style and finish you desire. While a large majority of items do need to be special ordered, we do carry a large amount of stock as well. A sales person at either of our locations can tell you whether an item is a stock item or special ordered.
The delivery time on special order items varies depending on the item being ordered and the vendor being used. The time can vary from a few days to several weeks. We recommend that you work closely with your Allen & Allen salesperson to determine the time it will take to receive your special order.
