Allen & Allen's return policy is to charge a 10% restocking charge on "Stock" items that are returned in their original condition and within sixty days from the date of purchase. Regarding "Special Order" items - Allen & Allen tries its best to insure that the customer is ordering the right item by asking them to sign a "Special Order" form which details that the item is a special order item and therefore it is "Non-Returnable.”
